These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Silva Skin website and our text messaging program. Silva Skin (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a men’s grooming studio located at 616 E Oregon Ave, Suite 1, Phoenix, AZ 85012. By using this website, booking an appointment, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program description. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (for example, through our booking system, a website form, or by texting us), you agree to receive text messages from Silva Skin. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, responses to your inquiries, and, if you separately opt in, occasional promotional offers.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number that messaged you. After you send “STOP,” we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time or text “START.”

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Appointments, Cancellations, and Payments
Appointments are booked through our online booking system powered by Square. Please arrive on time and follow any pre-appointment instructions provided. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policies shown at the time of booking apply to your appointment. Prices are listed at the time of booking and may change without notice.
Health and Suitability
Please tell us about any skin conditions, allergies, medications (including retinoids or acne treatments), recent sun exposure, or other factors that could affect your service. We may decline or reschedule a service if we believe it is not safe or suitable for you. Results vary from person to person, and the information on this website is general information, not medical advice.
